Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Because our products are printed on demand — made specifically for you when you order — please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time on top of that. Typical delivery windows:

USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
Europe: 10–15 business days
Central America & rest of world: 10–20 business days

We know that's longer than Amazon. It's the trade-off for a product that's made to order and not sitting in a warehouse. We think it's worth it — and we hope you do too.

Where are products printed and shipped from?

Our products are printed and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner with facilities in the USA and Europe. Your order will ship from the facility closest to you to minimize delivery time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Sizing & Fit

What if my size doesn't fit?

We want you to love what you ordered. If the fit isn't right, contact us at hello@motoexplorer.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll work it out. Because items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but sizing issues are something we'll always help with.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with actual chest, length, and sleeve measurements in both inches and centimeters. We strongly recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing before ordering. When in doubt, size up — our tees have a relaxed fit that suits layering on the road.

Product Quality

How do I wash the shirt without cracking the print?

To keep your print looking sharp for the long haul:

Wash inside out in cold water
Use a gentle cycle
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
Do not iron directly on the print

Treat it right and it'll outlast a lot of the roads you ride it on.

What printing method do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing on premium ring-spun cotton tees (typically 180–200gsm). DTG produces vibrant, detailed prints that hold up well over time when cared for properly. The fabric is soft, breathable, and built for real wear — not just photos.

Designs & Drops

Are designs limited edition or always available?

Both — depending on the design. Some pieces are part of our permanent collection and will always be available. Others are limited drops with a fixed run — once they're gone, they're gone. Limited drop items are clearly marked on the product page. Sign up for our email list to get first access to every new drop.

How often do you release new designs?

We release new drops every 6–8 weeks. Each drop is tied to a specific country, route, or cultural reference from Central America. Follow us on Instagram @motoexplorer or join the email list to stay in the loop.
